The shop occupied a site on the west side of the road until the 1990's.
This 1940's view shows the main road through the village with the shop on the left.
Note the telegraph poles with the individual wires. (Munros still uses
the first Ledaig telephone number issued - 201). The photo was taken
about 10 years before mains electricity arrived.
The picture is from a postcard of local scenes issued by the present owner's father.
This building is now the Ben Lora Cafe.
